What is InCityBox?
A company created by, and for, food lovers. We select the best local products in the city, based around unique traditions and experiences, and deliver them directly to you in a collectible souvenir box.
What kind of products do you work with?
We look for artisanal, local, producers who make exceptional food and drinks in an ethical manner.
What is the size and weight of the box?
Your box is made of compressed cardboard and closes with magnets. It is ideal for storage and will make a great souvenir of your trip. Each box measures 25x20x10cm and weighs between 2 and 3 kg when full. It’s compact and easy to pack in your luggage.
Is the box travel resistant?
All breakable contents are carefully packed with travel in mind. Your InCity souvenir box is surrounded by a cardboard postage box for extra protection.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express. You can also pay using PayPal.
Is my credit card information protected?
Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don’t store any of your payment information.
How can I leave feedback?

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
How do I buy?
Select the box you’d like to receive and complete the payment instructions. We’ll deliver the box to where you’re staying in Barcelona.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping cost is 4,9 Euro + VAT for addresses within Barcelona City.
Can I have the boxes delivered to addresses outside Barcelona?
Our standard delivery system does not allow addresses outside the city for now but if you contact us through mail we can arrange a special delivery.
How long does it take? I don’t want to spend the whole day waiting in my accommodation.
Order online at least 12 hours in advance and we’ll deliver your box within the 1-hour time period of your choice.
What if I’m not in when the delivery is made?
If you are staying at a hotel your InCityBox will be left at the reception. If you are staying at an apartment you will need to get in touch with us to arrange a new delivery time.
How do I report an issue with my order?
If, for any reason, you encounter an issue with your box, please contact us as soon as possible through our live chat or via phone.
What shipping company do you use?
Depending on the time of delivery, we try to work with a local courier that delivers using eco-friendly electric scooters or bicycles.
What’s your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your InCityBox. If you aren’t happy, contact us and we do as much as we can to make you happy!
I want to take an InCityBox back home as a souvenir but I am leaving soon. Can you bring it now?
We’ll do our best! Give us a call and we will try to speed up delivery.
Can I buy large orders for corporate gifting or special events?
